Wanted: Mechanical Supervisor In Makkah

We are looking for an outstanding Mechanical Supervisor with the knowledge and experience necessary to contribute to the efficient and high-quality implementation of residential villa projects.
You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to apply your skills throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* 7 to 10 years of practical experience in the housing sector, specifically in supervising the implementation of air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems in residential villas.
* Strong knowledge of the basics of air conditioning systems, plumbing, and fire-fighting networks.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and mechanical drawings.
* Good knowledge of building and mechanical systems-related laws and regulations (such as the Saudi Building Code).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Directly supervise the implementation of mechanical works (air conditioning, plumbing, firefighting) at project sites.
* Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, standards, and quality for mechanical works.
* Monitor project schedules and ensure on-time delivery of mechanical works.
* Coordinating with engineers, various work teams, contractors, and suppliers.
* Preparing periodic technical reports regarding work progress and mechanical work progress.
For foreign candidates: Sponsorship will be transferred after a successful probation period.
